Steve Weagle Brings Out Supporters

Steve Weagle's Ride for the Red Cross 2007We had a great turnout for Steve's broadcasts this year. His first broadcast, at noon on June 4, was from Captain Hiram's in Sebastian. He then rode to Lobster Shanty in Vero Beach for the evening broadcast. The next day, his first stop was Bluewater Beach Grill in Fort Pierce for his noon broadcast, then on to Davy Jones Locker Room in Port St. Lucie, the site of his evening broadcast.

Every year at the beginning of hurricane season, WPTV Channel 5's Steve Weagle rides a bicycle from Sebastian to Boca Raton in support of hurricane awareness and the American Red Cross. We are very grateful to Steve for taking this time out of his life to do this for our chapter.
