North Treasure Coast Chapter Volunteers Help Keep Firefighters Going

When firefighters were called out to battle the large brush fire that broke out in the St. Sebastian River Preserve State Park in early March, your Red Cross chapter was there, too. We sent two emergency response vehicles, manned by volunteers and staff members, stocked with more than 200 snacks, 300 bottles of water and 50 meals. As the firefighters worked hard hour after hour, we were there with food and water to help them refuel.
